Andrew has over 36 years’ experience in financial services with an extensive track record across real estate investments, pioneering the alternative credit market in Australia in the late 1990s with a focus initially on mezzanine debt.

He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s activities, setting the strategic direction of the business as well as building and enhancing relationships with clients and investors. Andrew is the Chief Investment Officer for the firm’s debt and equity funds.

Prior to Qualitas, Andrew was a Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate at Babcock & Brown, the Director of Risk at AIDC and a Senior Manager at Bank of America.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Monash University and is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and CPA Australia.

As Co-Founder of Qualitas, Mark is Global Head of Real Estate, leading a team of investment professionals across everything from origination, execution and analysis to asset and portfolio management across real estate private credit and private equity strategies.

With over 18 years of experience across residential, commercial office, industrial logistics, retail and multifamily housing asset classes, Mark has been responsible for over A$12 billion of transaction value across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, the US and New Zealand.

Kathleen leads our Corporate Development team and is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic projects and retail product strategy. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services in real estate and infrastructure, across a variety of roles from transaction advisory, principal investment and raising capital in the public and private markets.

Kathleen is also Chair of our Sustainability Steering Committee, a member of the Property Council’s National Social Sustainability Committee and is on the advisory board of the Property Industry Foundation (Victoria).

With over 25 years of experience in real estate financing markets, including former senior roles at Investec Bank and NAB, Tim leads our Investment and Funds Risk team, which includes Legal and Investment Risk.  In this role he is responsible for transaction risk and new fund development and is Chair of the Investment Committee.

Tim joined Qualitas in 2011 and has a deep understanding of the firm’s risk culture, including our strong track record of disciplined management. He established our Sydney presence in 2011 and during his time with the firm has held several senior roles, including Head of the Real Estate Debt team and more recently as Global Head of Capital.

As Chief Financial Officer and member of the Finance and Audit Committee, Philip’s role is to provide the operational platform and financing to support our expanding mandates.

Previously, Philip was CFO at IFM Investors, one of Australia’s largest fund managers. With over 35 years of experience in strategy development, financial management and people leadership, he brings a depth of financial services knowledge to the team.

Dean leads our Capital team and is responsible for capital raisings and client servicing for institutional and wholesale investors in Australia and overseas.

Prior to joining Qualitas, Dean was joint Managing Director and Co-Founder of Chauvel Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a boutique real estate fund manager.  He brings over 23 years of global institutional capital raising experience having previously held senior leadership roles with AMP Capital, Perpetual Limited and Prudential PLC both in Australia and Asia.

As Head of People and Culture, Anna is responsible for our HR strategy, including our organisation design, remuneration and talent strategy.

With a Masters in Commerce, Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Anna has over 19 years’ experience in HR including senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, ANZ Bank and Macquarie Bank. Most recently, she was with IFM Investors as Global People & Culture Business Partner and Global Lead for Diversity and Inclusion.

As Co-Head of Equity Strategies and Head of Origination, Rohan’s focus is on transaction origination and the relationship management of our key investors.

Prior to joining Qualitas, he was the founder and head of Ashe Morgan Winthrop’s Victorian operations and a solicitor with national law firm Holding Redlich.

Henry has over 16 years’ real estate finance experience across the capital structure and multiple jurisdictions. As Co-Head of our opportunity funds, Henry is responsible for originating, structuring, executing, and managing our investments across these funds, as well as overall fund performance. He is also responsible for leading and managing the firm’s execution and analytical resources deployed into investments.

Prior to joining us, Henry was a member of the Babcock & Brown Real Estate Group and prior to then he spent two years working at ANZ as part of the Institutional Property Group.

With over 20 years’ experience in the property sector, Gil is responsible for the origination and management of construction debt investments within our business. He is focused on maintaining key relationships within the property sector, investor engagement and formulation of market leading solutions for our borrowers.

Prior to joining us, Gil held senior roles at ANZ Banking Group (ANZ) within the Institutional Property Group and prior to that he held several roles with the Commonwealth Banking Group.

Mark is responsible for the origination of transactions and management of our Build-to-Rent Impact Debt Fund and is acting head of our Income Credit Funds . With over 30 years’ experience in real estate finance, he has developed a strong reputation in structuring and delivering attractive capital solutions for clients.

Before joining us, Mark worked at several of Australia’s major banks, including senior roles within the Corporate and Institutional Property division at NAB spanning over 20 years.

With over 30 years’ experience in financial, investment and real estate markets, Ivan is responsible for the origination of transactions, and managing our relationships with key investors.

Previously, Ivan ran the Private Client Services business of BOQ Specialist, and held senior roles at Investec Bank, ANZ Private Bank and Ashe Morgan Winthrop.

Prior to joining us, Kivanch was Head of Wholesale Investor Relations at Charter Hall and has held senior real estate roles in debt, equity and indirect funds management.

With over 20 years of financial services experience (with the last 15 years in the real estate investment industry), Kivanch is responsible for our institutional capital relationships and general investor relations.

Prior to joining us, Kate was Head of Marketing and Communications for International Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), based in London, relocating from Melbourne where she held the role of Head of Marketing for GSAM Australia.

With over 20 years of marketing experience in financial services, predominately investment management, Kate is responsible for the development and delivery of the marketing and communications strategy to profile Qualitas and our funds across key stakeholders.
