Mark is responsible for the origination of transactions and management of our Build-to-Rent Debt Funds and is currently acting as the head of the Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI). He has a strong reputation in structuring and delivering attractive capital solutions for clients, with more than 30 years of experience in real estate financing, across both traditional bank and non-bank markets.  He has deep connections across the real estate market, with strong portfolio management skills, which combined assist in both deploying and providing an optimal return on invested capital.

DANIEL MOTE

Head of Legal
Qualitas Group

Daniel leads the legal team and is responsible for fund establishment, legal strategy and core transaction execution as well as general legal corporate matters. He is part of the Investment and Funds Risk team with oversight across all our investment strategies and has more than 15 years experience. Daniel has a strong background in banking & finance, including being involved in some of Australia’s most complicated distressed debt and corporate restructurings over the past decade.

Nina is responsible for investor relations for Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI) and brings a deep knowledge of real estate investment and asset management, with more than 8 years of experience. Prior to joining Qualitas, she was a Vice President in the TMT investment banking team at Bank of America and previously worked in investment banking at Macquarie Capital. Nina has broad sector experience across consumer retail, healthcare, general industrials, telecommunication, media and technology.
